Caroline is a UK and US educated Trademark and Entertainment lawyer with over a decade of international experience, including at leading IP and full-service firms in New York City, Silicon Valley, and Vancouver. She has represented a broad range of clients, including by managing trademark portfolios for large multinational technology and social media companies, entertainment/streaming platforms, winemakers and food and beverage providers, fashion and beauty brands, and celebrity and artist estates, and by providing contract and licensing support to media and marketing companies and creative service providers, among others. While working as in house counsel, Caroline counselled a global NGO based in Germany and a renowned arts organization in New York.
Caroline helps entrepreneurs, established companies, and creators to establish and protect their brands, launch online offerings, make business deals, and bring creative works to life, worldwide.
Prior to law, Caroline trained in theater and dance. She continues to be passionate about the performing arts and represents clients in this space.

She has protected the rights of iconic apparel and beauty brands, television show franchises, and famous personalities and served as in-house counsel at several multinational corporations.
Stacy has extensive international experience helping brand owners secure rights in the United States and globally. Over the years, she has developed a trusted network of attorneys to obtain and enforce clients’ rights worldwide. Since 2014, Super Lawyers has consistently recognized her on its peer-nominated lists.
Prior to law, Stacy worked in independent film sales and distribution. She now has a robust documentary entertainment practice, including conducting fair use analysis and negotiating life rights, option deals, and investor agreements.

Victoria specializes in global intellectual property protection, business compliance, entertainment industry solutions, and licensing, with an emphasis on patent procurement in the U.S. and Europe. Her skills extend to patent prosecution at the European Patent Office. She received extensive training prosecuting patents before the European Patent Office while working in Paris for a tier 1 firm that has been described by Legal 500 as “indispensable for the French market” and “among the leading firms in Europe.” Prior to working in the legal field, she was an analysis engineer developing weapons, space systems, and aeronautic systems for the U.S. government.
In addition to her technical background, she is an accomplished film producer, having IMDB credits for short films shown at festivals around the world as well as occasionally managing small productions in the U.S. and France. She is a contributor on the topic of international productions for the acclaimed industry resource The Pocket Lawyers for Filmmakers (3d ed. 2022) where the author noted that “Victoria’s knowledge of international film law proved invaluable to this addition.”
